To communicate Fullscript's evolving product line and position as a smart inventory management software company, I captured their purpose-built dynamic, human-centric touch and business vision in several ways.

Suzy Q is a premier but humble store that makes thousands of doughnuts per day, and they were looking for a new way to drive their growth. Alongside a new rebrand, I built a solution that would help Suzy Q propel their development by expanding their presence on and offline by providing customers the ability to skip the line and remotely order doughnuts to their door.
Value Proposition & Design
How does value proposition relate to Design Thinking? Value proposition needs to be clearly understood by both Marketers and Designers responsible for surfacing said value to customers. Recently, a leading travel rewards company with over seven million members and 500 programme partners adapted to a shifting environment by examining their customer's desires and business potential. Anchored on a digital solution, I contributed to a design of a fresh vision for a lifestyle reward system with a new value proposition.
